This hotel was peaceful and intimate in every respect, had competent staff with good receptionists. The location in a really safe area was stunning and there were shops and expensive shops nearby. The place was right at Bread Ahead, where you can have dinner.

The small room had limited storage space but was comfortable and well-decorated.

Very comfortable bed with giant pillows; view over Sloane Square; Korres toiletries; location for Chelsea and Knightsbridge. Windows open to let in fresh air.
Shower was difficult to turn on/off. Room was a bit small - we did not upgrade. Fire door alarm was beeping in the corridor, but otherwise the hotel was very quiet.

Charming view of Sloane Square from the room.
Limited storage space in the room made it difficult to organize our belongings.

I stayed for one night in a premier double room which was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of good shopping.
The bathroom even in a premiere room was tiny and not fit for purpose as you could not dry yourself without hitting the walls, a midget with dwarfism would have the same problem.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, staff friendly, good extras (xbox and DVDs etc). Great location for shopping and getting to and from airport. Close to get to theatre etc. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Will stay again with my husband.
My Doyble room was a little on the small side. Fine for weekend Trip but when I stay again for a week would possibly need larger room.
